Job Description

    Role Overview:As a part of Reckitt, you will contribute to the financial integrity by supporting fixed asset accounting across global operations. Your role will involve maintaining master data, processing additions and disposals, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. By using digital tools, you will streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and support audit readiness. If you enjoy problem-solving and making processes better, this role offers a supportive environment where your contribution truly matters.Key Responsibilities:- Support fixed asset accounting and reporting within the Order-to-Cash process- Maintain asset master data and ensure compliance with capitalization policies- Process additions, transfers, disposals, and depreciation in line with close timelines- Reconcile the fixed asset subledger to the general ledger and resolve variances- Monitor balances, prepare entries to ensure readiness for capitalization- Maintain audit-ready documentation and standard workpapers- Contribute to data quality improvements and governance- Help standardize templates and leverage digital tools to reduce manual effortQualifications Required:- Minimum 3 years of experience in Order to Cash (OTC) functions- Exposure to shared services or global process environments- Understanding of the fixed asset lifecycle and period-end close activities- Awareness of capitalization policy, useful life settings, and impairment indicators- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems and reconciliation tools- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail- Ability to manage recurring deadlines with reliability and accuracy- Clear communication skills for documentation and reportingAdditional Details:Reckitt is committed to inclusion and supports employees at every step of their career journey.
