Job Description

Guide company directors about the day-to-day management of their organisations, including compliance with legal and statutory requirements.Skill Sets:Candidates should possess diplomacy, meticulous attention to detail, good numerical, organisational and time management skills and a genuine interest in business. Good computing, secretarial, interpersonal, teamwork and written/ verbal communication skills are also important.Minutes, Filings with RBI, FEMA, Secretarial Compliance, Board MeetingsResponsibilities:convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGM) / meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes; conveying decisions etc) providing support to committees and working parties such as the Board of Directors etcimplementing procedural/ administrative systemshandling correspondence before and after meetingsensuring policies are kept current, are approved, and that company members are aware of their implications, eg legalwriting reportscollating information, providing legal/ financial advice during and outside of meetings.managing office space/ premisesadministering pension schemes and share issuesdealing with company/ staff insurance policiesmanaging contractual arrangements with suppliers/ customersfinancial and HR administrationmaintaining current awareness about company lawkeeping a register of shareholders and liaising with them on behalf of the compan,
