Opening for a Conceptualiser cum Copywriter at Thoughtful (advertising agency) in Hyderabad, Telangana, India Qualification: Graduate/ Diploma in Advertising, Mass Communication or Masters / bachelors in English with min. 4 to 5 yr experience as a conceptualiser cum copywriter preferably in an advertising agency.An advertising agency Conceptualiser cum Copywriter plays a key role in understanding client s creative brief and coming up with conceptualised plans and 360 degree branding ideas. Is responsible for developing new innovative ideas and path- breaking concepts and copy for print / OOH / digital collaterals. Those ideas are to be well researched and insight based to potentially connect with the client s TG. A passion to write something new and switch the monotonous. Use insights and technology to push the creative threshold, steer brainstorms and create communication pieces that match the ever- changing digital marketing environment.Ability to pitch and write concept presentations. Ability to ensure clear and timely communication between the creative team and internal stakeholders (client servicing, digital and graphic design teams) working on the brief. Add to the overall portfolio of the agency, measured by client satisfaction and pitch winning work. Knowledge of Digital Marketing and ability to suggest the same for specific briefs. Proficient Communication skills, written and verbal. Should be able to develop small pieces of content as per requirement.Essential skills and personal qualities: To have great understanding of brands and communication across categories To develop 360 degree concepts for client pitches and regular campaigns Ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing To be able to think and build an idea into a campaign Examining client s businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives Producing cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to campaigns / projects Generating original ideas with other members of the team Should have a knack for editing and proofreading with good vocabulary skills Ability to compose grammatically correct sentences and paragraphs that combine factual information presented in an engaging manner.
