The successful incumbent will provide support on Capital City project related Design Management of Buildings. Preparing daily , weekly project progress status reports. Supervising day - to - day co - ordination of all site activities. Ensuring all quality issues raised at site is resolved either by rectification or removal of the element Highlighting lags , delays , and forecast regarding the present progress of work to the clients. Coordinating with Architect and Structural Consultant. Field verification of actual work done by the Contractor. Knowledge of IS standards , Government standards. Consumption norms of the material for the related industry. Coordination with planning / contracts department. Obtaining justification from site for deviation in quantities. Provision of data for preparation of daily progress , weekly progress & Monthly Progress Report Quantity Execution Plan for Weekly. Monitoring of Micro plan of all works. Co - ordination with site team and clients on regular basis to execute the project with new updates. Confirms adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site; verifying calculations and placements. Maintains operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.
