    Job Description for Assistant General ManagerJob Title: Assistant General Manager - ConstructionLocation: HyderabadDepartment: CivilPosition Summary:The Project Manager in Construction is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with various department heads, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure project success.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Development:Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management.Team Management:Assemble and lead project teams, including subcontractors and onsite personnel.Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.Ensure that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.Provide ongoing training and support to team members.Budget and Cost Management:Develop and manage project budgets.Monitor and control project costs to avoid overruns.Identify and implement cost-saving measures.Project Execution and Monitoring:Oversee daily operations and construction activities on-site.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.Identify and resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.Risk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.Monitor risk management processes and implement necessary adjustments.Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.Communication and Reporting:Maintain transparent and effective communication with clients, pmc, and team members.Provide regular progress reports to senior management.Prepare and present project documentation, including status reports.Facilitate and lead project meetings.Quality Assurance:Ensure that all work is performed to the required standards and specifications.Implement quality control procedures and conduct inspections.Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.Qualifications:B.
