To conduct effective technical audit and investigation on various Process safety engagements in Chemical, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas and other core sector industries. To work contentiously as a part of a team to deliver comprehensive and credible reports To constantly update knowledge on the latest developments in our fields of operation and use these inputs to provide innovative and effective solutions To discuss and resolve technical and operational challenges in consultation with team members and supervisors. To take the onus for projects assigned and deliver quality reports on time and thereby ensure client satisfaction. To build strong collaborative relationships with other DEKRA team members by working diligently and upholding company values and standards. When directed to delegate project assignments to project teams appropriately and mentor junior staff. Build strong collaborative relationships with other DEKRAemployees. To promote DEKRA services to clients, to achieve follow-on work with existing clients and new work with prospective clients. To effectively manage QMS implementation for the location. To keep up to date information of projects and inform supervisors To contribute in managing the location as per company policy & procedures and ensure effective implementation of the same To identify the scope of work and estimate norms to conduct the same. To facilitate HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, Bow Tie and other PHA/ PSM Workshops Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA); Flare and Vent Studies Active & Passive Fire Protection Design Emergency Relief Design; etc. To determine the MAH events and to apply formalized approach of hazard management; in order to identify & provide means of mitigation and reduction of such hazards including development to Formal Safety Assessments (FERA, EERA, ESSA, NPHA, etc. ). Educational Qualifications: Bachelor/ Master Degree of engineering in related fields. Knowledge of soft wares (such as PHAST, PHAST Risk, HAZOP Manager, PHA Pro and other relevant soft wares) would be an added advantage.,
