*An entry-level management position responsible for a small segment within a given project portfolio which can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region. Main responsibilities include people management, project oversight, and sales enablement. Accountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer referenceability.Responsible for adherence to operational policies and achievement of portfolio performance to support business plan. Responsible for solution and pricing of proposals and supporting the sales process. Is accountable for managing a profitable revenue stream. Typically manages a relatively small number of individual contributing project managers. Provides oversight to projects within portfolio to ensure high customer satisfaction in a profitable manner.6-8 years of experience relevant to this position, including 1 year or greater of project or direct line management experience. Demonstrated ability to follow solid project management principles and successfully manage projects of increasing complexity. Comfortable working in a matrix management environment. Solid knowledge of the product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the portfolio focus. Selling skills preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Ability to travel as needed., *Qualified CA or ICWAI or BE with MBA (Finance) with at least 15 years of Oracle Cloud and EBS/PSFT implementation experience and upto 5 years of Industry experience in Finance and Accounting Preference would be given for Fusion Financial implementation experience Experience in modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, EPM, Financial Consolidation Hub, Internal Controls Manager, iReceivables, internet expenses, Advance Collections, Treasury, Public Sector Financials; Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, Oracle Time & Labor, Project Contracts At least 5 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience. People mentoring/development experience and willingness to develop the junior resource. On Product Skill level, they should have played Finance Delivery leadership role where they lead a team of Finance Consultants from offshore and spearheaded the Customer workshop/ solution/recommendation discussion. Ability to proactively advise customer on future challenges, best practices and bring in best practice to our organization will be key measure of their success. Should have demonstrated experience in conducting Strategy Sessions for Data Conversion, Integration/Report Functional Design Workshop, conducting architecture, design and solution workshops and Conference Room Pilots Should have demonstrated experience in leading teams in solutioning and designing integrations, data migrations, extensions and reports development Excellent communication skills both written & verbal, mandatory. Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders. Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner. Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive. Should have the ability and willingness to learn. Should be good team player and have good analytical skills Should be master of industry trends and demonstrated value of Cloud Solutions to multiple Customers. Active participation in Community forum, publications in professional forum will be added advantage
