Job Description

    Opportunity:Senior Content Server Consultant to work US Eastern time zone hours and provide Content Server Support Services The specific tasks are listed below:Senior Content Server Consultant to assist the Customer with daily Content Server support tasks including those listed below:CS product involved .or any other products like Archive Center, Brava, Blazon. or any other tasks like web reports, Physical objects, Smart UI, Records Management work etc
    • Provide support and/or consultation as it relates to system performance, security, and server resources.
    • Provide 24/7 on call coverage every 4th week in a rotation type schedule
    The Consultant is on call for the entire week. All 7 days. Each team member is on call for one full week. The consultant would be on call every 4th week.
    • Consult and support Projects and application upgrade initiatives
    • Monitor and troubleshoot access and performance issues
    • Monitors faults, performance, and capacity issues, preparing remediation reports and documentation
    • Perform patching including vulnerability patching
    • Perform regression testing
    • Uses ticketing system to document requests, track changes, and explain resolutions
    Ensures team documentation is accurate and maintained
    • This request is basically to supplement and support the existing CS team
