Job Description

    Dear Candidate!We are Hiring for Contracts Manager (SEZ, Audit and Compliance)Experience15 to 18 Yrs Commercial IT BuildingEducation : BE/B Tech Civil Work closely with PLto oversee the cost management and financial budgets throughout the projectlifecycle.Job Role :
    • Manage the contract procurement plan and regularly report out on the same.
    • Experience in SEZ projects is preferred.
    • Work closely with the project team to ensure effective and timely document processing ad management of contract documents
    • Review and sign off on all change orders
    • Provide audit and oversight of the subcontract procurement plan
    • Maintain a diversified supply chain, mitigate supplier capacity and schedule risks
    • Provide support in the areas of supply chain management, contract services, contract execution and contract management.
    • Overall audit and compliance of the project such as labor compliance
