Job Description

  • Manage and grow client relationship:
    • Understand and manage client expectations proactively
    • Resolve client issues on priority basis
    • Responsible for collaboration growth and retention
    • Ensure increased customer satisfaction scores
  • Ensure efficient project delivery:
    • Enhance scientific capability of team members and establish an eco - system for effective troubleshooting and innovative solutions
    • Evaluate and finalize project estimates and share with the client
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders/ other departments (e.g. Analytical, Project Management, HR, IT, Admin, Maintenance etc.) for required resources/ services
    • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure project deliverables
    • Identification of advanced analytical techniques and their usage
    • Review/ share final project reports with client
  • Manage project cost and ensure efficient utilization of resources:
    • Plan & allocate optimum resources (manpower, materials and infrastructure) for the project
    • Improve profitability through efficient management of all allocated resources
    • Evaluate & implement alternative solutions for successful execution in a cost effective manner
  • Drive safety culture and good laboratory practices:
    • Ensure complete lab safety/ implement safety protocols in the labs
    • Identify and mitigate potential safety risks
    • Responsible for successful safety audits
    • Facilitate training of team on safety
  • Maintain records, data integrity and IP confidentiality:
    • Train team on LNB documentation, Data Integrity and IP Confidentiality protocols
    • Continuous process improvement for adherence to IP Confidentiality and Data Integrity
  • Ensure high morale and skill development of team:
    • Participate in recruitment process
    • Motivate, recognize and retain best talent through various reward & recognition programs
    • Train and develop team members through Learning & Development programs
    • Enhance team performance through periodic reviews and corrective measures
    • Career management discussions with team members
    • Mentor team members
    • Improve employee satisfaction scores
Key Skills Required
