Job Description

    Technical Skills:
    • Good analytical skills to understand the requirements and guide the team for removing roadblocks
    • Soft skills needed: Self-starter, proactive, approachable, solution oriented, team player
    • Good knowledge or working experience in Agile projects, estimation and task management
    • Strong trouble shooting skills to analyze and resolve the technical skills.
    • Web development experience which includes ASP.NET (4.6 / 4.7 / 4.8), ASP.NET MVC (4.0 / 5.0), .NET 8, HTML, Ajax, jQuery, HTML 5, CSS.
    • Should have good understanding in C# as development language, .NET framework concepts, Angular and OOPs concepts.
    • Strong SQL Server experience.
    • Strong in services development and hosting for .NET Web API.
    • Should have good understanding on AWS cloud (eg. Fargate, ECS, S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, OpenSearch, Aurora Postgres, Cloudfront etc.)
    • Demonstrate ability to apply Microsoft Practices and Patterns
    • Working experience on Performance Tuning of an application using C# and SQL.
    • Used Application Blocks like logging, exception handling, etc.
    • Have worked with 3rd-party web controls
    • Have worked on DevOps activity (e.g., Pull Request, Branching Policies, VSTS Pipelines and release steps for On-Premise / Cloud environment).
    • Unit test automation experience and is a believer of TDD / BDD / DDD.
    • Understanding of Development methodologies like Agile, SAFe and having team adhere to it
    • Participate in regular work status communications and stakeholder updates.
    • Exposure to delivering solutions on new age runtimes like Cloud, Cognitive etc;
    Nice to have
    • Microservice with .Net & Micro front end with Angular
    Support:
    • Provide consultative support in designing web applications solutions
    • Support QA team with clarifications/ doubts.
    • Delivery and deployment of the projects to different environments.
    • Liase with a learning group to provide input into training materials
    • Provide input to standards and guidelines and implement best practices to enable consistency across all projects
    • Participate in the continuous improvement processes, as assigned
