Job Description

    Work locations: Hyderabad/BangaloreRequired skillsThe ideal candidate will meet requirements in the eDiscovery and Automation/Programming tracks. A candidate must meet the requirements for at least one of the following tracks:
    • eDiscovery track:
      • 3-5 years hands-on experience with E-discovery data processing, hosting and review platforms including Relativity, Nuix, Rampiva.
      • Strong understanding of overall EDRM framework and standards. Working knowledge of eDiscovery and computer forensic project life cycle
      • An understanding of data collection & preservation principles
      • Strong experience with E-discovery tools such as eCapture, Relativity, NUIX, Blackout or other enterprise tools. Knowledge on Rampiva and Reveal is an added advantage.
    • Automation/Programming track:
      • 3-5 years hands-on experience with automating workflows and building custom automations for project teams, including low-code/no-code solutions and/or scripted/programmed solutions. Python & PowerShell experience a large plus.
      • Ability to find inefficiencies in a workflow and design automations to increase workflow efficiency.
    • Some experience with low-code and/or no-code workflow solutions, such as Rampiva, or programming/scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell is required.
    • Ability to plan and execute POC by coordinating with Vendors and internal stakeholders
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills (including E-Mail) and the ability to handle regular meetings with leadership.
    • Flexible to work in prescribed shifts per business need. Availability during some US business hours is a must.
    • Ability to perform troubleshooting, research and learn on new platforms emerging in e-discovery market space.
    • Hands-on experience with both traditional (Term and Boolean) as well as Concept-based search tools and technologies.
    Preferred skills
    • Understanding of AI in document Review space viz, features like Natural Language Processing, Sentimental Analysis, Data modelling etc.,
    • Ability to write scripts and develop small tools to automate manual operations. Python, PowerShell, .NET preferred. Other programming languages a plus.
    • Understanding of file system, file types, encodings, Text Editor Regular expressions, Microsoft O365 environment etc.
    • Analytical and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience in providing Demo sessions to the leadership/ team on eDiscovery tools
    • Knowledge of all the backend databases (SQL) of processing and review platforms used and display ability to write basic queries and reconcile results in case of discrepancies.
    • Working experience with Rampiva building workflows for Nuix processing and other features of Rampiva premium is preferred.
