Job Description

Hi,Role: Corporate sales ExecutiveCorporate Sales executive is responsible for leads to revenue / business, maintain good relationship with the corporate clients for New Client acquisition in the location of existing corporate clients and generating referrals along with collection of referrals, conducting work site activities, and generate retail referrals for retail team as well.Responsibility Deliverable:

  • Conversion of leads to revenue
  • Collection of Corporate referrals from Prospects & Existing clients
  • Maintaining good client relationship
  • Conducting Work Site activities
  • Documentation
  • Verification of policy documents
  • Deletion or Addition of employees in the policy
  • Reporting the Sales figures, the targets achieved and the total profits on Sales.
  • Generate retail referrals for retail team .
Tasks & Activities:Conversion of leads to revenue:
  • Receiving the customer calls
  • Collecting the customer information/requirements
  • Analysing the customer requirements
  • Suggesting best policy as per customer requirements
  • Presentation of policy details to the client employees if required
  • Booking the policy
  • Getting the Policy Copy
  • Review the details in the policy copy
  • Deliver the Policy copy to client
  • Collecting the referrals
Collection of Corporate referrals from Prospects & Existing clients location
  • Collect referrals from the existing Client, within their location
  • Contact the referrals received existing client.
  • Walk in to the corporate companies which are located in the existing client location.
  • Ask for appointment with the responsible person in the company.
  • Provide a presentation about our product and services we provide.
  • Exchange visiting card with the decision maker in the company.
  • keep sending the details of our new policies and services we provide to clients through mails , calls .
  • Ask for the referral from their old organization they worked before.
  • contact the referrals received .
Maintaining good client relationship for Collection ofReferrals
  • Calling to the existing clients
  • Review of the policy
  • Renewal Intimation
  • Sending greetings to his clients on festivals and on
birthdays
  • Enquiring about the health conditions of the clients
  • Sharing the new policy information to the clients
Conduction work site activities
  • Arrange for a meeting with the client at their company.
  • Discuss about the problems they are facing with existing policy .
  • Attend the problems and work out on the solution .
