This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the companys growth by driving corporate sales and building long-term relationships with key clients.Job Overview:As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and closing corporate sales opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This is a field-based role, requiring you to interact with clients face-to-face, understand their business needs, and offer tailored solutions. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales process, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
    • Conduct fieldwork, including client visits, meetings, and presentations.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
    • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate products/services to meet their needs.
    • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
    • Provide market feedback and insights to the management team.
    • Track and report on sales activities and performance using CRM tools.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and prospects.
    • Ensure excellent post-sale service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
    Key Requirements:
    • Proven experience in sales and corporate sales, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport with corporate clients and stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Must be willing to travel for fieldwork as part of the role.
    • Immediate joiners preferred.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
