Job Description

As the Corporate Trainer - Personality , you will be assessing placement readiness of assigned batches on a regular basis. What you will do:

  • Debriefing students after interviews
  • Coordinating/Conducting all placement preparation activities like mock interviews, career mentoring, CV reviews, presentation evaluation, aptitude training etc.
  • Mapping students to mentors for career guidance.
  • Taking mock interviews and keeping track of student progress
  • Maintaining real-time records of placement readiness of students, objectively rating their skill and preparation levels in every facet
  • Being a conduit between the Corporate Relations team and the students, managing expectations and closing communication loops
Required Candidate profileWhat you need to have:
  • Understanding of the hiring process for analytics roles
  • Good grasp of the topics tested in aptitude tests.
  • Should be a go-getter; great execution makes good ideas successful
  • Should be passionate about ed-tech / education sector.
