Ensure customer satisfaction objectives met and commitments made by the organisation are upheld in line with all business objectives of the Company.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :Achieve the targeted revenue, and collection. To maintain positive cash flow by strict monitoring on receivables Ensure that training delivered by centre meet training objectives like quality standards and customer satisfaction Should be able to counsel students and convert them to admissions Ensure sufficient registrations made for each batches Meet targeted strike rates Ensure course material issued to students within 5 business days of registration Ensure completion of batches as per original plan Ensure faculty record course progress and attendance every class Ensure faculty follow all the training methodologies provided by HO Ensure faculty dedicates fully to the assigned class To keep staff turn over to the minimum Ensure all files/ registers and ECMS forms filled up regularly Ensure feedback taken twice from student in specified format on completion of 50% of classes and in the form of reviews Ensure certificate is issued to student on the last class by Centre Head in the presence of faculty Ensure centres HW and SW requirements are taken care of Help improve the technical skills of faculties with TTT Meet feedback targets and placement result targets Monitor staff attendance and downtime of equipments and power back up systems Arrange technical updates for faculty and organise guest lectures Maintain centre expenditure as per budgets Ensure monthly staff meetings and record MOMs Analysis of staff monthly appraisal form Interact with students one a week Generate performance monitoring reports and do corrective action to meet business plan Execute marketing plan in line with the business objectives. Perform inquiry feedback analysis and advt effectiveness analysis Ensure marketing activities in line with defined targets Identify trends of inquiries and update NBITS corporate mktg Carry out competition analysis for courses offered and course fee and mktg activities,
