Job Description

    Manager FP&A (Lending background)Manager - FP&A will be responsible for building best-in-class frameworks, dashboards, reports to track and measure key KPIs across organizations, which will help in timely and sound decision-making.The candidate should be able to:- Work closely with cross-function teams (Business, Risk, Product, tech etc) to define the KPIs across different line of business and implement a process to measure it on a timely basis.- Create Business plans, Annual operating plans and implement budget initiatives.- Assist in evaluating the new line of business by preparing unit economics, business plans and understanding the market and competition landscape.- Prepare the management dashboard monthly highlighting the planned vs actuals, hit vs misses and provide future outlook based on the current trends.- Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, identify required action items, and effectively frame decisions to be made.- Suggest margin. improvement initiatives.Skills and experience:- Have an overall 5-10 years of experience in FP&A/ Business finance (3 years in Lending fintech/NBFCs/Banks).- The candidate must be proactive, self-starter, highly motivated, and able to manage complex problems independently.- Good business acumen with strong data-driven decision-making capabilities- Strong Excel modelling, Word and Power-point skills.- Strong Analytical and Research skills- Strong management skills, interpersonal communication - ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.Work Location - Hyderabad,
