It is expected you will have a thorough knowledge of the staffing tools and processes. Maintain high level of proficiency in all resource management tools and relevant Deloitte technology resources. Ensure hygiene factors for the assigned population are met as defined by the respective function-specific subsidiary (FSS) (Stafftrak/Staffit compliance, resume compliance, etc.). Data research, analysis, and reconciliation. Lead/streamline activities/reports/offices (focus on taking activities to next level). Support the data requirement of resource managers. Ideate and build process efficiencies?understand the business need and come up with best-fit solutions.
