  • Project Role :SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner
  • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

      • Key Responsibilities : A 24X7 level 2 support activities B Application and performance monitoring routine start-up and close-down and maintenance operations C Resolve the production incidents within the agreed SLA D Provide technical and functional support to the IT and business users
      • Technical Experience : A Knowledge of Avaya CMS IQ ICR AES IVR Weblm MPP and call center applications B Good knowledge on Integration using web services HTTP Post TCPIP and rest APIs
      • Professional Attributes : A: Good verbal and written communication skill to connect with customer at varying levels of organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decision
