Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Care ExecutiveLocation: Begumpet, HyderabadJob Purpose:
      • Capable to Handle customer calls with accurate solutions to their query/Request/Complaint
      • Willingness to learn new Banking products/Process every time and then
      • Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues
      • Must efficiently set goals and work on so to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and Quality while providing service to the customers
    Key Responsibilities-Taking Calls
    • To Answer queries/resolve problems of customers through, inbound.
    • Attend Emails, Inbound and Outbound sometime respond through calls to customers.
    1. Provide correct and quality information to customers
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Good spoken English, Hindi and Telugu
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to handle telephonic conversations
    • Good Listening & Comprehension skills
    • Should be flexible to work in 24/7 shift
