    Greetigs of the day!We are hiring forCustomer Support Executives Blended Process (Inbound Voice and Mail Process)for our client.Location: Hyderabad ( Hitech City)Interested candidates can Call @ hidden_mobileJob descriptionRole Customer Support/Merchant Support Associate. Industry Type- BPO. Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent. Education Qualification- Any Graduation. Work Location: Hi-tech City. (Work from Office) 6 Days Working (Rotational Week Off) Pure dayshifts only. (09:00 AM- 06:00 PM) SALARY- hidden_mobile Per Year.Roles & Responsibilities: Handling customer & merchant Inbound calls. Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback. Handling enquiry and service calls. Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls. Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.Eligibility Criteria: -1. Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi.2. 6 months -1 Year experience on paper is mandatory.3. Voice or Non-Voice Process experience is considered.4. Candidate should be willing to work from office.5. Good typing skills ( 25-30 WPM)6. Immediate Joiners preferred.7.No cab facility.
