Customer Service Execu%ve 1. Job Title : Customer Service Execu5ve Reports to : DiD Opera5ons Head Job Loca5on : Inorbit Mall, Hyderabad 1.1. Summary of Job Interact with customers to provide and process informa5on in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about DiD (Dialogue in the Dark) products. Welcome, engage and handle walkins and pre registered groups that visit the exhibi5on centre at Inorbit Mall. 1.2. Key Du%es Responsibili%es Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Obtain and evaluate all relevant informa5on to handle inquiries and complaints. Perform customer verifica5ons. Process orders, forms, applica5ons and requests. Manage customers accounts. Keep records of customer interac5ons and transac5ons. Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints. Record details of ac5ons taken. Manage administra5on at the Centre. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. Coordinate with and help the Trainers/ Guides. 1.3. Skills and Specifica%ons Excellent communica5on skills and interpersonal skills. Pleasing, caring and enthusias5c aTtude. Listening skills. Ability to analyze problems and problemsolving. AWen5on to detail and accuracy Ability to manage, delegate and execu5ve administra5ve works. Customer service orienta5on. Adaptability. Ability to handle pressure and different kinds of customers. 1.4. Educa%on and Qualifica%ons Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Hotel Management Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of customer service principles and prac5ces. Knowledge of relevant computer applica5ons. Knowledge of administra5ve procedures.,
