Job Description

    • Role Objective
    • The role includes any policy lapse of the customer, the CSM assists in creating a new one
    • Process estimates and invoices
    • Review all inspections requests and identify most cost-effective action
    • Communicate with customers
    • The cases are assigned to the local surveyors of the Break In agencies to accesses the damage and provide a report
    • Analysis of the report and then recommending for policy creation for the vehicle
    • Motor Surveyor
