Job Description

  • Handle Existing Claims and Claims Servicing from end customer
  • Queries from Clients local organization.
  • Processing orders in system based on processes, guidelines and procedures
  • Active follow-up on any open item.
Responsibilities/Authorities
  • 1-3 Years of total work experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service preferable(Non voice).
  • Expert in client and escalation management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good written and Spoken English
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ready to work in evening shift
  • Good knowledge of Order to cash cycle.
