Job Description

As a Process Trainer at Policybazaar in Hyderabad - Raheja Mindspace, your role will involve identifying training needs, conducting refresher training, and coordinating training schedules. You will be responsible for training new employees in various areas such as sales, product knowledge, customer communications, and internal systems. One of your key responsibilities will be providing product knowledge specifically on Health Insurance to all new joiners. Additionally, you will deliver product training to different levels of employees, including Associate Sales Consultants, Team Leaders, and Asst. Sales Managers.
