Job Description

  • Looking for a Senior Assoc who can lead the team and help with production support and development work from Dah2.
  • Can handle customer queries, scrum , daily huddle and can keep a tap of the work assignment.
Should be fluent in communication and subject knowledge expert.
  • Strong working experience in the TLM Environment Setup, Production support Activities and change management
  • Having good working knowledge on TLM Smartstudio,Smartschema,CT and Recon Admin
  • Proficient in Trouble shooting and Resolve TLM Issues,Appserver related Issues
  • Proficient in TLM Patch upgrade and deployment
  • Having good working knowledge in Appserver(websphere,Jboss) admin related activities
  • Proficient in handling Change management
  • Strong working experience in creating Pass, dashboards and matching rules
  • Involved in Configuring Websphere/Jboss resources such as JDBC Provider, Data Sources
  • Involved in configuring Jboss Internal queues and reslove appserver related errors
  • Trouble shooting errors in both Application & JVM side
  • Good at troubleshooting using Traces, Logs and Log Analyzer
