A job relates to the Customer support Service means to handle the Inbound / Outbound Voice Calls .Having Openings for Voice and Email and Chat Process.Roles and Responsibilities

  • Candidatemust Posses good Communication skills in Telugu ,English and Hindi .
  • Ability to convince and clarify the customer ,related to the Customer queries.
  • Good Typing skills and must have the computer knowledge
  • Punctuality towards the office timings and shift Timings
  • Collaborate with the Team Work and Make the productivity strong
  • Maintain the AHTs daily with the Good quality in the CALLS
