We are looking for an IT help desk Technician to provide customer assistance and support with effective communication primarily via phone/ email channels to resolve any customer account issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting where required.Candidates should enter & maintain accurate issue description and detailed updates within our CRM system. and be passionate about technology and helping people.We support our products like m|one, Price book for retailers using POS Software.Handle Tier 1 help desk escalations through tickets or phoneFollow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolutionCreate accounts and configure hardware as part of on-boarding processManage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory recordsOther duties may be added and/or assigned as neededClient PC connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP and VPNStrong customer service and troubleshooting skillsAbility to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-usersEffective lingual skills in English or Hindi
