Job Description

    Qualifications:
    • Education: Minimum Degree / Diploma
    • Experience: Fresher with good skills, Prior experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
    • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
    • Languages:Telugu any other language ( English or Hindi )
    • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    CRM Sales/ServiceKey Responsibilities:
    • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling and follow-ups.
    • Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of our new car models.
    • Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their preferences and requirements.
    • Sales Process: Assist customers in the sales process, including scheduling test drives and providing product demonstrations.
    • Database Management: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
    • Follow-Up: Follow up with leads and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns.
