Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Support Executive International Voice ProcessLocation: Hitech City, HyderabadWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and be willing to work in US night rotational shifts.Eligibility:
    • 102, 103, Any Graduate, or Post Graduate
    • Freshers and experienced candidates are eligible
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
    Compensation:
    • Freshers: 2.80 LPA
    • Experience (6 Months 1 Year in Customer Support): 3.20 LPA 3.60 LPA
    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
    • Deliver excellent customer service over voice calls.
    • Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality standards.
    • Accurately document customer interactions.
    • Adhere to process guidelines and performance metrics.
