Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)Location: HyderabadJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Executive to join our Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and soft skills, demonstrating confidence and proactiveness in assessing customer needs to ensure utmost satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for upselling our products/services, making sales skills a valuable asset for this role.Key Responsibilities:Communicate effectively with customers to address their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.Proactively assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and professionalism.Utilize sales skills to upsell products/services and maximize revenue opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.Stay updated with product/service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.Contribute to team goals and initiatives to enhance overall customer satisfaction and sales performance.Requirements:Exp: 6 months - 3 YearsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated confidence and proactiveness in handling customer interactions.Sales skills and experience in upselling or cross-selling products/services is a plus.Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges.Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.Language: English, Telugu & Hindi (Not Mandatory)Benefits:Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Supportive and inclusive work environment.Health insurance and other benefits as per company policy.Please respond below details:
