Job Description

    Job Title: Customer Support Executive Voice ProcessLocation: Hafeezpet, HyderabadJob DescriptionGenpact is hiring Customer Support Executives for the Voice Process. We are looking for experienced professionals with excellent communication skills who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.Eligibility
    • Any Graduate / Any Post Graduate
    • Minimum 1 year to 5 Years of experience in a Voice Process
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
    • Immediate joiners preferred
    • Willing to work in rotational shifts
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.
    • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
    • Maintain high standards of customer service and quality.
    • Meet productivity and performance targets.
    • Document customer interactions accurately.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Follow company policies and process guidelines.
    Salary
    • Up to 4.50 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
