Job Description

    Job Opportunity: International Customer Support Executive Role: International Customer Support (Voice/Non-Voice) Experience: Minimum 6 months mandatory in International Customer Support Work Location: Hyderabad (Virtual Interview Process) Joining: Immediate Joiners Only Job Responsibilities:
    • Handle international customer queries through calls and/or emails with professionalism.
    • Provide timely and accurate resolutions for customer issues.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining quality and service standards.
    • Work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 6 months of experience in International Customer Support (mandatory).
    • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
    • Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
    • Immediate joiners preferred.
