Job Description

    We are looking for a Customer Support Associate with a strong accounting background to manage customer support, invoicing, accounts receivable, vendor coordination, and branch administration. The ideal candidate should have experience in Tally ERP, MS Excel, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and customer communication. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in person.
    • Prepare quotations, invoices, and process purchase orders.
    • Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable activities.
    • Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
    • Maintain stock inventory and branch petty cash.
    • Coordinate with HO and branch offices for invoicing, logistics, taxation, and deliveries.
    • Manage vendor payments and office administration.
    • Upload invoices to customer portals for payment processing.
    • Perform SFDC Service Cloud activities.
    • Prepare reports and maintain company records.
