Job Description

    Primary Responsibilty:The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and transforming data into actionable insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, create reports, and provide data-driven recommendations.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Data Analysis & Insights:
      • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
      • Translate data into meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
    2. Business Support:
      • Work with business teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.
      • Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
    3. Reporting & Visualization:
      • Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
      • Create regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate key metrics and insights.
    4. Data Management:
      • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and troubleshooting.
      • Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data collection and storage processes.
    5. Process Optimization:
      • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies through data analysis.
      • Develop automated reporting systems to streamline workflows.
    6. Stakeholder Collaboration:
      • Communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
      • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
    7. Trend Monitoring & Forecasting:
      • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and industry trends to provide predictive insights.
      • Use statistical methods and models to forecast outcomes and trends.
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Experience:
      • 2 to 10 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
      • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
      • Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions and macros.
      • Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis.
    • Analytical Skills:
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
      • Ability to interpret complex datasets and present clear insights.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Knowledge of big data tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar platforms.
    • Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
    • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
