Job Description

  • 15+ years of overall experience technology consulting experience required
  • Deep understanding of SAP data and analytics domain Data migration, data quality, governance, analytics with products e.g. Syniti (Back office associates DSP), S/4HANA, SAP MDM, MDG, SAP BW, HANA, SAP Analytics cloud, etc.
  • Prior hands on experience in data or analytics projects preferred
  • Own customer projects delivery (70%)
    • Ability to lead and own large, multi-location delivery teams (50+ members) effectively
    • Conduct delivery reviews, allocate resources effectively, work with resourcing team to ensure optimum allocation
    • Work on pipeline management, financial forecasting, hiring plans
    • Work with senior leaders to understand trends, build internal skills, create training programs
  • Pre-sales solutioning support (30%)
    • Solid experience independently driving pre-sales initiatives, RFPs, proposals responses, crafting value proposition
    • RFP support, estimation, pricing, create customer stories, capability presentations, etc.
    • Architect solutions in pre-sales stages
    • Ability to create stories and PowerPoint presentations, drive executive presentations independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Eager to learn new technologies, team player, mentor for junior team members,
