  • Project Role :Test Lead
  • Project Role Description :Lead the testing effort and/or team to plan, construct and execute release tests. Apply testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives. Coach and advice testers as required.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Ability to work as a part of a team/work independently with minimal guidance 2 US Healthcare domain knowledge will be added advantage
      • Technical Experience : 1 Strong knowledge in Java Language 2 Experience in J2EE - JMS, JNDI, Servlets, JSP, Hibernate framework, Design Patterns 3 Should have worked on Web Services - SOAP, REST, Industry Standards Best Practices and Database - MySQL , strong SQL skills preferred 4 Good to have Web - JSON, XML, XSLT, HTML, JavaScript/Ajax CSS and jQuery a plus
    • Professional Attributes : 1 Experience in requirements analysis, gap analysis, requirements elicitation, requirements management and communication 2 Manages individual and team quality of work toward meeting or exceeding SLA targets
