In this role, youll lead a talented team, guiding the analysis, design, installation and configuration of large-scale database management systems. Youll own the projects and the processes from prioritizing tasks and managing scope, to ensuring that all production changes are in line with lifecycle best practices and firm policies. In addition to building relationships with other managers and stakeholders, youll be responsible for coaching and mentoring your less experienced team members, and helping to hire our next generation of technical talent.Key Responsibilities of the RoleYou will work as part of the Graph Databases Product line team member in the Global Technology Infrastructure (GTI) and will be responsible for defining, developing, engineering and operating Graph Database Platform-as-a-Service products for both on-prem and public clouds like AWS, GCP and Azure.Attributes of Technologists in Platform Services

Required Skills and QualificationsThis role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

• BE/BTech/MCA degree or other degrees with equivalent experience
• Experience architecting, installing and supporting databases
• Experience with TigerGraph is an advantage
• Knowledge of GSQL, GQL, SPARQL, OWL, Gremlin, Cypher, etc. will be advantages
• Demonstrated ability to drive Agile development and implement automated process to improve graph database system reliability
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, with a background in databases
• Development skills in Python and Ansible
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results and provide good customer experience
