Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.,In addition you understand business strategies and requirements and translate those strategies to a project plan and roadmap. You are a collaborative individual that can manage multiple projects in parallel. You have excellent written and verbal English skills and can clearly articulate your design and implementation so that Oracle sales can convey your designs to customers and get them excited about Oracle s Communications and Utilities Cloud solutions.Knowledge and Skills Requirements:- Proven experience with SAAS products such as Vlocity, Microsoft, Amdocs, Netcracker, Erickson- Expert attention to technical and user experience detail- Second to none systematic trouble-shooting and problem solving skills- Effective planning, prioritizing, goal setting skills- Demonstrated commitment to quality- Ability to conduct research for new solutions in a virtual team across organizations- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written with staff and end users of all levels- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills- Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks is required.Technical Knowledge:- Advanced knowledge of SAAS Implementation.- Intermediate level knowledge of Data Analytics, WebServices and other integration methodologies.- Intermediate level knowledge of incorporating Chatbots, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data within solutions.- Advanced hands-on capability for producing visually pleasing collateral such as Videos, Presentations and Training materials- Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, etc.Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:- B.S. in Business/Marketing, Computer Science, System Engineering, Information Systems or related field- 5+ years of relevant work experience working hands on SAAS Enterprise Applications.
