Collate and Maintain Recruitment Mis for Selected Candidates Till On Boarding with Regular Follow Up with all Locations 5. Coordinate with Team L & D for Organizing Induction, Training Programme and Refresher Courses 6. Conducting Hr Induction 7.weekly Recruitment Report to Regional Hr / Ho - Hr / Location Head. Monthly Hr Dashboard /attrition Report to Regional Hr / Head Hr / Location Head 8. Exploring Employee Satisfaction Survey By Conducting One to One / Skip Level Meetings with Employees and Submit Report to Regional Hr. 9. Employee Engagement Activities - Conducting Engagement Activities, Indoor Games, Circulate Intra - branch Contest At all Locations. 10. Exit Management - Conducting Exit Interviews, Retention of Employee, Follow Up with Head Office Till Complete Exit of Employee. 11. Handling Employee Conflicts / Grievances or Issues. should Act as a Bridge Between Management and Employees. 1. Excellent Communication Skill (written and Verbal) 2. Email Writing & Presentation Skill 3. Having Excellent Interpersonal Skills with Ability to Relate to People.,
