Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob Details:Objectives:

  • Process and Manage routine operations in the following areas to provide superior customer services; ensure compliance norms are met with.
  • All transactions pertaining to Exports, Imports, BG s, LC s, MIS etc
  • Co-ordination to be made with CPU, RM & Customers in handling the transactions
  • Any other Job assigned by Supervisor
  • Tracking and monitoring of all transactions from end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
  • To plan activities related to the department and ensure smooth flow of transactions
  • To attend customer calls and queries and revert within agreed TAT s
  • To receive and scrutinize documents pertaining to the department and process them within authority limits
  • To maintain registers pertaining to the department
  • To ensure error free processing standards
  • To ensure that there are no operating losses
  • To ensure that internal audits and external audits are satisfactory
  • To come out with new initiatives and good ideas in cost reduction, productivity increase, revenue enhancement and measures that will increase customer delight
  • Filing and housekeeping of records
  • Contribute towards work simplification and new products development
  • Compliance of internal procedures and avoidance of repeat audit criticism
  • Escalation of problem situations with solutions as well
  • Proper leave scheduling and contingency management
