Position : Deputy Manager - Production (Shift Supervisor) Location : Hyderabad Company : Pharma MNC manufacturing vaccines Qualification : M.Sc / M.Pharma Experience : 7 - 10 years experience in Cell Culture Roles & Responsibilities: 1. As a Shift supervisor accountable for all activities carried in Preparation, sterilization area, and Washing areas to support routing manufacturing schedule. 2. SME in Autoclave / washing machine operations / validations / development. 3. Work prioritization as per the process complexity and fulfill all requirements of other functions ( Cell, virus, purification, inactivation) as per the production schedule and work closely with other functions of Hep-A. 4. Hands on experience in cell culture-based viral vaccine facilities. 5. Hands on experience of Autoclaves / washing / cleaning validation / EMP. 6. To be involved in the maintenance of equipment PM / qualifications / validation. 7. Maintenance of consumable inventory as per process requirements in the preparation area. 8. Supervision of washing, Materials reparation / storage / distribution area. 9. Handling of Deviations, Change controls, OOS, OOT, CAPAs & risk assessments. 10. Online Review and supervision of activity and documentation. 11. Handling of QMS documents like (Deviations, CC, OOS, OOT, CAPAs & Risk assessments). 12. Hands on experience in audits facing (GMP / WHO / USFDA / DCGI or regulatory ). 13.
