DRM is an individual performer, in the absence of CM (or when ever required), the DRM is expected to assist the dps and rest of the design team. Should have led and designed small / medium residential projects Exposure to residential projects is mandatory Modular industry experience is an advantage Project Management experience - we looking for someone who has worked with different teams and worked with them together to complete a project Should have in- depth knowledge of pricing for projects at varied scale Should be able to work cohesively with the DPs and steer the team towards desired result EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONSMinimum - 2 year Diploma in Interior Designing / Architecture from a repute Institution with good communication skills. Should be open to working out of the showroom and work during weekends (during the weekday there will be an off- day) ,
