Provide business specific desk-side support services to users. Builds strong relationships with customers to provide support and understand their support requirements. Installs and configures application software, both off-the-shelf and developed in-house. Uses logic and analysis to work through and solve problems with users. Troubleshoots performance problems and maintains security configurations. Tracks and resolves user issues. The candidate must have excellent communication skills to work closely with users. An understanding of LPR/TCPIP printing across various printing types a plus.
