Job Description

Job Description Accountabilities

  • Work with FTS Solution Lead in Hub to partner with FTS Global Process Lead to review and validate the proposed solution around Manufacturing Planning Accountable
  • Support decision-making for FTS-MPS and PPDS localization of functionality in the Global Template during deployment - Accountable
  • Partner with the FTS Lead to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution Consult / Execute
  • Ideate with FTS Solution Lead / Global Process Lead and Global SMEs to implement and deploy the Global Template Consult/Execute
  • Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities Consult / Execute
  • Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors Consult / Execute
  • Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global S/4 solution leveraging agile methodology Consult / Execute
  • Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and enough product backlog for the teams to work against Consult / Execute
  • Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies Consult / Execute
  • Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute
  • Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste
  • Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouraged
  • Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams

Technical skills

  • At least 1-2 years SAP Integrated Business Planning -Supply and S4 - PPDS and Hana Cloud Platform-Integration Services
  • At least 2 years of SAP Advanced Planning Optimization (APO) SNP Optimization, PPDS Heuristics and Optimizer
  • At least 2 year of knowledge and experience of Supply chain planning functions in S/4 Hana
  • At least 1-2 years Integration with S4 / EOH CPI-DS Interface
  • Solution Design / Configuration for alerts and reporting for Manufacturing Planning
  • Strong Knowledge of Optimization with constrained production lines, demand prioritization and fairshare distribution
  • Strong knowledge and experience of integration with S4-MRP
  • At least 4 years of major SAP transformation project with experience in - Functional & Technical solution design & development - Developed project deliverables - formal/structured methodology - Requirements definition/mapping & apply required configuration changes - Test plan, scenario, & script development - UAT execution lead role for a specific area - Functional & Technical Workshop delivery - Training material development
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
  • Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP Solman
  • 7+, MS VSTS, Quality Center and MS Project
  • Able to ideate thorugh a highly complex problems within their work team
  • Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at project / program level in the organization and across departments
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences Differentiating Components
  • Coaching/Facilitation skills (as promoted by the Agile Coaching Institute), including but not limited to o Levels of Listening o Conflict Resolution o Root Cause facilitation o Training techniques

Qualifications/Requirements Years of Exp

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering required
  • Deep and broad experience with solution design, configuration and implementation for Manufacturing Planning required for 6-8 years
