Description

DevOps Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining large CDH clusters running in AWS.

Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution Assure quality security and compliance requirements are met for supported area Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner

Description :

  • Responsible for building and demonstrating automated DevSecOps pipelines in our AWS environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience successfully designing, building, and provisioning AWS features using automation tools.
  • Strong at working in both the Unix & Windows environments.
  • Strong at writing scripts using Perl and/or shell/bash/other scripting for automating tasks.
  • Experience with agile methodology for software engineering & development.
  • Some experience in the network and security domains related to software engineering & development efforts.
  • Excellent presentation and consultative skills.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem - solving and self - starter.
