Job Description

  • Expertise in Automating CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Packer, GitHub, Chef, Puppet. Knowledge of Kubernetes a plus.
  • Experience in building data pipelines and good knowledge of Big Data, SQL & No SQL Databases and File formats like Parquet, ORC, AVRO, JSON etc.
  • Developing templates or scripts to automate everyday developer or operations functions. Knowledge of GCP / AWS an advantage.
  • Monitor & maintain multiple CI/CD pipeline automation. Experience in Grafana a plus.
  • Setting up or managing backups and patching across the environments.
  • Experience in setting up and managing Spark environments and Airflow
  • Experience in writing solid unit tests and integration tests. Behavior Driven Development experience (Cucumber / Selenium) a plus.
  • Experience with Linux environments and scripting languages. Automation using Perl/Python/Java/Shell script/YAML/Groovy.
  • Experience with Networking Concepts (TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, Load Balancing, Reverse Proxy etc.)
  • Good understanding of application development lifecycle and using tools like ANT, Maven, Gradle and Version control (GitHub, SVN or GIT).
For Lead role 8+ years
  • Experience leading a team of 5+ DevOps Engineers. As Team lead 2+ years.
  • Extensive experience in infrastructure implementation, Automation, deployment, testing, documenting and maintenance of Web based applications in multi - tiered architecture, Big data / DWH / Spark infrastructure and clustered environments.
