Job Description

As a tech writer/digital content creator for Enterprise tech products, you ll be responsible for:

  • Working with internal teams to understand product documentation requirements.
  • Creating content that fulfills company standards and audience goals.
  • Writing straight-forward user tutorials and interface text.
  • Utilizing a variety of media forms, including images and charts.
  • Analyzing current content and make improvements as necessary.
  • Managing internal communications (e.g., memos, newsletters).
  • Designing presentations for company-wide events using company branding guidelines.
  • Creating original graphic content for slides, articles, and videos for a wide variety of audiences.
  • Assisting in communication of strategies or messages from senior leadership (and vice-versa).
  • Tackling the challenges of developing content that helps build brand recognition.
  • Generating buzz about existing and new product lines.
  • Organizing initiatives and planning events.
  • Drafting content (e.g., PowerPoint, Confluence, Google Suite) for presentations.
  • Collaborating with IT professionals to produce brand building contents/articles.

What we re looking for.

You ll need to have:

  • Bachelor s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (e.g., Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Proficiency in English.

Even better if you have:

  • A Bachelors degree with four years of experience as a communication specialist.
  • Relevant digital marketing qualification and/or training added advantage
  • Masters degree with 4years of experience as a communication specialist.
  • Experience producing photo and video-editing contents.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • The ability to prioritize and structure work schedules.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • The ability to consider work products from the lens of others.
  • An authentic interest in producing digital content.
  • Proven experience producing digital content and following best practices, preferably within a product development organization.
  • Knowledge of and experience with running digital marketing campaigns.
