As a Digital Marketing Specialist the role requires visualization, conceptualization of digital marketing strategy, planning & executing appropriate marketing campaigns. You ll help the brand push the envelope on online brand recall and reputation by leveraging innovative, disruptive and cutting-edge digital-led tactics and tools. The individual will be a part of the Digital Marketing team & work in collaboration with the brand team, agencies, respective business stake holders and other resources to drive efficiencies through all campaigns & initiatives. The ideal candidate should be well versed and experienced in latest digital and content marketing tactics and help achieve a measurable execution. You will be the brand s digital custodian, including web, social, paid search, online media buy, agency management, digital-led engagements and content. An excellent multi-tasker with an eye for detail and design, fascination with digital analytics, analytics tools and increasing the brand s share of voice online is a requisite for this job. You ll be working with various teams to help and formulate a digital-first approach for all marketing campaigns and establish connections with our global digital marketing community. A strategic mindset including interpreting data outputs to inform strategy and modify tactics to achieve the marketing KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Digital content creation and curation (web content, video scripts, infographics) working with content writers Digital media planning Planning and executing paid media campaigns mapped to business needs at hand Be the internal consult to the team for developing and executing digital strategy for the India Business mapped to priorities An analytics driven approach to the campaigns Tracking metrics and developing a strong understanding of data to effectively drive program effectiveness. Budget planning and monitoring Leverage latest in digital marketing (tools, technology, content) Create solutions for targeted marketing online EXPERIENCE: Overall 8-12 years of experience in digital marketing, with background in digital marketing agency or client s side. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Strong understanding of the IT & Consulting industry, Accenture s area of business and overall business strategy Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace Deep knowledge of digital marketing, including channels and tools Ability to work closely with India leadership, acting as communications advisor, as appropriate Excellent written, communications & presentation skills Strong stakeholder and project management skills Strong MS Office skills Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.,
