His / Her role will also include:Operations Sales and Marketing Administration People Management Employee Retention Crisis Management Resolve by providing upfront solutions under engagement / Practice crisis situations Peer Review: Final check on: Quality of delivery Application of service delivery methodologies Candidate Profile:Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant 10+ years of work experience in executing and leading Statutory Audit assignments in large accounting firms, across different business sectors, with domain specialization in two or more sectors Strong Practice management skills Proven supervisory / leadership abilities Excellent written and spoken communication skills including legal/ technical drafting Very good interpersonal skills and good analytical / process skills,
